Returns Policy

We want you to have a good shopping experience at ZonzyMart. If something is wrong with your order, don’t worry—we are here to help.


1. When You Can Return a Product

You can return a product if:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or wrong item
  • The product is unused and in its original packing
  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery

(Some items like baby diapers, personal items, or hygiene products can’t be returned unless they are damaged or wrong.)


2. How to Return

Share your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
We will check and arrange a pickup from your address.


3. Replacement

  • If we have the same product in stock, we will send you a replacement after checking the returned item.
  • If it is out of stock, you will get a refund or you can choose another product.

4. Refund

Refund will be given after we receive and check the returned item.

Refund Time:

  • Online Payment: 5–7 working days
  • COD Orders: Refund to bank/wallet in 5–7 days

(Delivery charges cannot be refunded.)


5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original box/packing
  • Certain personal or hygiene items
