At ZonzyMart, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your products.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • During festivals or sales, processing may take a little longer.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Local & Nearby Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other States: 4–7 working days

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, size, and location.
  • Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can use it to check the delivery status anytime.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will try to deliver the package 2–3 times.
If the delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the order may be returned.


6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, broken, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order ID, photos, and issue details

We will arrange a return or replacement as per our Returns Policy.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected products and locations.
Extra charges may apply.
